What is CBD?
CBD is the second most naturally prevalent Cannabinoid found in the cannabis and hemp plant.
 
 
Will it make me high?

CBD won’t get you high, our full spectrum CBD contains the legal UK limit of 0.2% THC. For THC to work as a psychoactive in the human body you need a minimum of 10%

What is the Endocannabinoid System (ECS)?

The endocannabinoid system (ECS) is the regulatory system found in all complex animals, regulating the diverse functions in the body such as digestion, immune response, inflammation and pain.

Why should I take it and how does it work?

The CBD cannabinoid structure is similar to that of our own endocannabinoid receptors (C1 and C2) which are found in the brain, organs, connective tissues glands, and immune cells.

CBD binds to the receptors in our system and boosts the production of our own cannabinoids.

Does CBD show up in a drug or hair follicle test?

CBD shouldn’t show up on a drug test, however some oils contain trace amounts of THC (<0.05%) the test isn’t designed to look for it and extremely unlikely to come up however if you’re in a position that even trace amounts would be detrimental, we recommend our THC products clearly labelled for distinction.

Does CBD make you sleepy?

While people love using CBD to relax, it shouldn’t cause drowsiness just promote calmness.

How much should I take?

We suggest starting low and build up to a level you feel comfortable with tracking with a daily log and make sure to not exceed 70mg a day.

When will I feel the benefit?

The effect of CBD varies from person to person. Some feel immediate effect, but this is not always the case, we suggest. diary log to track your symptoms.

Is it safe or addictive?

Can I take CBD with my medication?

Always consult your doctor or healthcare professional before taking CBD if you’re already taking medication.

Some studies suggest CBD inhibits the action of cytochrome P450 which is important for removing some medication from your body.

How long does CBD stay in your system?

It varies from person to person. On average, CBD can stay in the body between 2-5 days after taking it.

Research is constantly ongoing into the impact of CBD on the body. No medical claims can yet be given for CBD treating specific conditions.
